What should I consider for an international videoconference?

Do not rely on videoconferencing as your only means of communications for your deposition. Always have a back-up plan.

·         Videoconferencing may not work at time of deposition

·         Quality of video can be inferior or poor       

·         Audio can be lost or fade in and out 

·         No professional monitor during breaks

·         Sidebar conversations can be recorded during breaks
